6 Pc Rosenthal Plaza China Place Setting Raymond Loewy German Porcelain Excellent Condition. This beautiful Rosenthal China evokes the feeling of a French Plaza in the 1960’s with its Parisian pattern and Art Deco Style. A rare find to have all of these pieces together, although there are no saucers for the cups in this set. I have 2 place settings available, no saucers, in addition to several other pieces in this pattern. This pattern was designed by Raymond Loewy for Rosenthal Continental, and was only produced from 1961-1964. Made in Selb, Germany. Beautiful porcelain in lovely, soft blue, purple, and charcoal - a true work of art featuring a European plaza scene with an arc, lamppost and city sidewalk, with birds, hanging ribbons and blooming flowers. The pieces look unused for the most part. I am hard pressed to find any signs of use. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Thanks for looking!
