Rosenthal china was one of the popular lines in the store due to its high unwavering quality. My Grandmother brought this entire set (made in 1953) home and did not use it so far as I know. It was packed away in the bottom of a china cabinet. My Mother inherited it in 1958, never used it and I received this in 1979, also never using it because my wife had several sets of china of her own.
