Kodak 111mm f1.5 Fluro Ektar Medium/Large Format FAST lens+Mount 111/1.5++SET 111324-RA298 Kodak 111mm f1.5 Fluro Ektar Medium/Large Format FAST lens+Mount 111/1.5++SET This is an example of a fairly hard to find Kodak 111mm f1.5 Fluro Ektar lens. This Super fast aperture lens is known for a VERY unique l swirling/zooming motion bokeh look for portraiture and macro with the ability to be focused to infinity on medium and large format cameras. Depending of the direction the lens is mounted, the lens has different characteristics/looks/feels. One direction (with the wording facing outwards) the lens has a usable image circle that is approx. 75mm in size and with the wording inwards, it is just under 4x5 coverage. This lens has a warm glass color that is a "Lumenized" series (denoted by the circled L). This lens has a rear barrel that looks to be approx. 61mm diameter, front diameter approx. 95mm diameter with threads and a gear circling the lens that is approx. 110mm. And the lens weighs 4lb-7oz (5lb-1oz with mount),. Tis lens shows "Kodak Fluro Ektar f1.5 111mm Mag. 1.6 RA298 (L). Made in U.S.A. by Eastman Kodak Co. Rochester, N.Y." around its front ring. This lens comes exactly as shown; having No fungus, warm color glass, No deep scratches, surface coating cleaning marks, light edge balsam area light dust ,some glass surface coating residue/unevenness The heavy duty brass barrel shows light wear with its rear barrel edge showing some denting (will have no affect). This lens comes with its original deep set lens mount ring too. The mount ring shows some rubberized (epoxy?) along it rim with a slight bend to the edge.
