Description
I’m offering a BEAUTIFUL example of a Kodak Six-16 octagon- face, or art-deco, or whatever you’d like to call it, folding camera. I think this camera has lived 99% of its life inside its case in a drawer. It really is that clean. The black leather has no scratches or scrapes, the black enamel and chrome (or is it nickel?), are shiny and smooth. The bellows are pliable and light-tight. The lens is clean and clear, and the shutter works at all speeds. The shutter was a little sluggish at first, but loosened up after exercising it for a few minutes. Very nice! I’m unsure of how old it is, as inside the instruction book, there is a table with a 1922 copyright, but on the door latch there is a ‘1937,’ so..? Included in the kit is the aforementioned instruction book, an Original Kodak No. 29 Cable Release, an Original Kodak No. 13A Portrait Attachment (in its cute little can), both mentioned as accessories in the introduction book, and lastly, the original Kodak case, in VG condition. I see that spool adapters are being made to use 120 film in these cameras, VERY cool! I’m happy to answer any questions, thanks for looking! Stan
